Istanbul Congress Center respects the privacy of your personal information. Any personal information that you provide will be used for the purposes of responding to your needs or comments. Sometimes we may collect the information from other parties.
The Centre will not collect sensitive personal information (eg. medical and health information).

If you do not want us to advise you about other services, facilities or events please call and ask to speak to the Center's Finance Director.

You will appreciate that we need to disclose personal information to other organizations in connection with the organization of functions and events and for other administrative reasons. The types of organizations to which we may disclose this information include regulatory bodies, contractors and professional advisers who assist us in providing our services and our insurers. The information that we provide to other organizations will be strictly limited to what is required to provide the event, conduct our operations or comply with the law.

You are entitled to obtain access to the personal information we hold about you. The procedure for gaining this access is set out in an information sheet, which is available from our main reception.
