The Istanbul World Forum was held under the theme "Justice" on 13-14 October 2012

Istanbul Congress Center hosted another major event which is the “Istanbul World Forum”. The Forum brought together the heads of governments of many countries, world’s leading academics, business executives, experts, NGO leaders, artists, authors and media personalities from around the world.

The Forum was held on 13-14 October 2012 in ICC was inaugurated by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey.

The central theme of this year’s Forum is justice. Considering that political and economic injustice lie at the heart of many intractable problems we face today, a comprehensive analysis and discussion of justice in the widest sense of the term will enable sharper assessment of the current challenges facing our world and the articulation of concrete, workable solutions.

The Forum addressed the theme “Justice” under six different themes and four sessions was held under each theme. These themes include: “Justice and Global Order”, “Justice and Politics”, “Justice and History”, “Economic Justice”, “Justice, Art and Media”, “Justice and Religion”.

The types of organizations to which we may disclose this information include regulatory bodies, contractors and professional advisers who assist us in providing our services and our insurers. The information that we provide to other organizations will be strictly limited to what is required to provide the event, conduct our operations or comply with the law.
